Problems with Purchasing Cloud TV Editor

Are you trying to place an order for our editor and encounter the following error:


"Cloud TV Editor requires purchasing or owning a product from the available full (paid) subscription. To get access to this product now, please add a product from the available subscriptions."


Solution:


Make sure you have an active and paid m3u subscription (not a trial) of Forrest, Entry, Classic or Premium. Simply go to the following link https://franqie.com/product-category/subscription-cloud-tv-editor/


Once there, make your choice for the subscription you need and order the editor from there.


On checkout (payment) page, please make sure you provide the m3u of the subscription of Forrest, Entry, Classic or Premium for which you want the Editor to be activated for in the field "m3u for Cloud TV Editor" (see below image).


Fill any other fields, place and pay the order and we will deliver as soon as possible.
