Classic Subscription Connection Issue

Plese make sure, if there is an issue on Classic please do the following:

1) if MAG, please make sure they use our portal address:

2) If you use m3u, make sure you use the correct m3u and update the m3u in their apps (for example, Smart IPTV app). Our m3u always start with:

3) For m3u users, you may check the validity of your subscription using the result shows the subscription details then it should be working. If not, make sure you enter a valid/active subscription.
