Terms and conditions are still applied in this case. All orders are final. However there are certain considerations if subscription is eligible for switching:
1. If subscription is faulty or there's already a technical issue in our system.
-Technical issues should be at least a minimum of three days already. (Ex: m3u link is not working on https://franqie.com/feed2/)
-Technical issues such as channel problems, buffering or lagging are NOT eligible for this policy. (That's why we encourage our customers to make a trial version of the subscription plans first to test the compatibility of the services we offer)
2. If subscription was mistakenly activated by our system or any from our support team. (A thorough investigation must be conducted first)
Customer placed a multiple order 1 x (Forrest - 3 months) and 1 x (Entry - 3 months). Upon activation its (Forrest - 3 Months) and (Classic - 3 months)
Note: Subscriptions that are mistakenly ordered and activated due to negligence of the customer are not eligible for this policy.
All scenario are case to case basis and with Admin's discretion.
